What do I do in case I receive a defective/damaged book from Edforia.com?
We follow strict quality controls for packaging and shipping to our customers. If something is wrong with the books being shipped by edforia.com, we certainly want to help you.
A book ordered by you on Edforia is delivered to you in a damaged/defective condition, please email the pictures of the same at the time of opening the packet on email@example.com for a replacement and send the damaged book back to us. On receipt of the book, we’ll immediately send you the replacement copy and also compensate you for the costs incurred in sending the same to our office. If the book is not available in stock, you would be also eligible for an immediate refund.

In an exceptional case of you receiving a damaged / defective book, please do email the pictures at the time of opening the packet on firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll take up on a case to case basis.
How can I return a product ordered from Edforia.com?
Non-Returnable and POD (Print On Demand) titles(When Applicable): We do not offer Returns on Non-Returnable and POD (Print On Demand) titles.
Non-Returnable titles: are those which have been classified as Non-Returnable under any circumstance by International Publishers / Vendor partners.
Print On Demand (POD) titles: are those which have been especially printed by the Publisher / Vendor partner only after an order for them has been received. They are also classified as Non-Returnable. Non-Returnable and POD titles would have an icon against them signifying their status, so please order carefully.
In case you don’t require the book(s) ordered by you, please notify us about the same on email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. You may return any unopened book(s) in its original packaging, for a refund or Gift Certificate for the amount.
Please order International editions with care. We do not offer Returns on International editions
